You're the first point of contact for our clients. You love solving problems, you're calm under pressure, and you communicate clearly. Microsoft 365, networking basics, and a great attitude are must-haves. The technical skills we can build on — the right mindset is what matters most.
You've been in the industry 5+ years and you're ready to take ownership of complex infrastructure. Strong Azure, Hyper-V, and networking experience required. Security certifications are a bonus — and something we'll actively support you to pursue if you don't have them yet.
You love building relationships and you understand technology well enough to have meaningful conversations with clients. This role bridges our technical team and our clients — it's a critical part of what makes Xen great. A background in IT, sales, or account management in a technology environment is ideal.
