Do you need answers to all your how-to’s? Well it’s now on the tip of your fingers! We’ve put together a list of FAQs and knowledge base articles. This is to provide a quick and easy way to find answers to common questions or problems. Our new Helpdesk will also provide a more efficient way for us to track and resolve your issues, as well as offer new features such as the Xen knowledge base, and a lot more.

Cyber Training and Cyber Security
As technology advances, so do the ways in which criminals can commit cybercrimes. This has led to an increased demand for cyber training and security. With that, we also have been working on sourcing some awesome—Cyber Training and Cyber Security. But that’s not just it! We are also working on some great projects which we’ll be telling you all about soon. (Hint: Something about Phishing Simulation 😉)
Undoubtedly, the new features of the updates are great and provide hassle free assistance and a lot of new content for you to enjoy. The interface is also very user-friendly which makes it easier to navigate. But as with anything new, there will be the inevitable teething problems during the transition. With that, we thank you for your patience during this process.
Also, please do note that your invoices will look a little different once we’ve fully integrated to the new system, but will always come from the official emails of Xen Technologies.
